Ged McCann
Ged McCann is a highly experienced leader and coach. A former teacher leader, and Army Officer, he has led teams as a Head of Science, a Squadron Commander and Troop Commander, and as a Sports Coach. Ged believes in helping people by developing self-awareness, identifying meaning and purpose, and utilising their strengths. We all have blind spots. Once we identify these, we are able to devise strategies and targets to bring about incremental improvements. Ged is a great advocate of servant leadership and empowerment. With an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership, the Project Management (PRINCE2) qualification, qualified as a practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), EMCC accreditation, and a wealth of leadership experience, he seeks to develop resilient, engaging and highly effective individuals, and leaders alike. His research work in the area of well-being and performance, and developing organisational culture, was awarded distinction in the MBA.
Keith Briggs
Keith Briggs is an ICF Accredited Organisational & Executive Coach with post-graduate educational qualifications featuring Bachelor (Hons) and Master of History degrees, Secondary Education, and Gifted Education. Keith has extensive experience developing high performing teams in education with 15 years of school leadership experience, as well as 5 years as a team leader in the corporate sector. His application of transformational leadership and management, underpinned by coaching and mentoring methodologies, focus on creating learning organisations that nourish a culture of wellbeing, positivity and excellence. In 2018, Keith received ACEL’s Western Australian Teacher-Leader Excellence Award. Keith is also an accredited conflict resolution practitioner.
